REGISTRATION FORMLocation: This mini-meet is being held on the 2nd Floor of the Fitchburg Public Library, located at 5530 Lacy Road in Fitchburg, Wisconsin.Time: The meet starts at 11am and ends at 4pm. Attendees must be fully packed up and ready to exit the premises at 4pm.Parking: The library has free parking! See the map below for parking options.Out of Towners: If you are coming up from Chicago or Rockford and do not have your own vehicle, I recommend the Van Galder Bus to the Dutch Mills Park and Ride. Organizers will try to help organize car pools to and from the Park and Ride!

REGISTER HERECost: Registration is FREE!Activities: We are aiming to have at least one photo space available for taking photos of your dolls! Bring your spring-themed props.Attendees: This event is open to everyone with an interest with BJDs.Note: All attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Because BJDs are fragile and often irreplaceable, any unsupervised children will be asked to leave.Meet-Up Etiquette: Never touch a doll without the owner's explicit permission! Please note that recasts (counterfeits) are not welcome at this event.NO Sales: Sales are strictly forbidden at the Fitchburg Public Library.

Food

The Meeting Room includes a small kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. You may:
- Bring your own lunch
- Order delivery or carry-out from a nearby restaurant
- Leave to eat lunch at a nearby restaurant (if you are bringing doll(s), you may leave them in the Meeting Room, as an organizer will always be on premises)Please do not eat near the dolls or photo areas.
